Sciatic Nerve

  • Clients experience shooting (throbbing) pains beginning at the lower back - passing through the centre of the buttocks, then extending down the leg towards the foot.

Clients often experience this sensation early in the morning or after prolonged standing and walking.
  • ‘2.ft Orthotics’ will correct over pronation, thus removing the pulling, twisting pressure of the sciatic nerve. In some cases, a heel lift is required because of a leg length discrepancy, thus realigning the hips and lower back.
